An Exhibition of Works by Knox County Art Educators
I was unable to attend the opening of this year’s Art Source Exhibition. From the photos of the exhibit, all of the work looked fantastic. I was excited to enter my big frog sculpture in the show. Most of the photos below are taken from the UT Downtown Gallery’s social media pages.
Just a quick reminder about the show from my 2023 spring post- “Every spring the KCS Visual Art Department’s Art Source Chairperson organizes an amazing Gallery Show. Any visual art teacher or intern in KCS is able to enter a piece. It is not a juried show, so you are guaranteed entrance. I have been entering a piece in almost all of the 10 plus years the show has existed. It’s just such a fantastic opportunity and the space – UT’s Downtown Gallery – is perfect.”
