My first leaf bowl workshop was in the fall of 2023. I learned several tips and tricks from that initial workshop, so I decided to take another workshop in November 2024.
My father had recently passed away and I needed to be busy and get out of the house. It was nice to take the workshop and know what to expect. The plastic base bowls we used were large, which allowed me to make a larger leaf bowl. I loved making this piece and love the results – especially the contrast between the unglazed outside and the smooth milky interior.
